100% Cesanese van drie verschillende wijngaarden: Colle Passo, Colle Grano en San Giovanni. De stokken zijn geplant op vulkanische klei en ziltig zand. De wijn krijgt zes maanden rijping op hout en één maand, daar komen ze weer, in de demijohns. Concentratie, karakter en lange, lekkere tannines. Natuurlijk fantastisch aan tafel maar ook uitstekend gezelschap op een regenachtige zondagmiddag. 6 maanden houtrijping. Drinken tot 2029
